Welcome to Lewisham Park Herbal Plot

Lewisham Park Herbal Plot was set up by one Grow Lewisham member in a disused space on his housing estate. Turning the old clothes drying area into a thriving growing space, it has become a fresh food hub and a meeting place for local residents.  

Re-using old palletes and containers to make raised beds and planting spaces, illustrates how  a garden can be built with available (and often free!) resources.  

At the Herbal Plot, Grow Lewisham has supported workshops on composting and building your own planters, sharing skills and knowledge within the community.
